The rethinkology system

Practive scheduled daily programming

The app provides daily scheduled mindset programming based on the user’s chosen timings and preferences. For each session, the app sends the user a notification/reminder. Sessions include:

Morning wake up session

Morning Wake-Up Alarm Programming – Motivational start using soft music future self-coaching. Cloned users voice talks to user

Breakfast/Coffee Session

Preparing for the day programming

Workout session

Programming to help you with discipline and motivation


Drive to work programming

The programming is using your defined long term and short term goals and prepare you to complete the next step tasks

Mid morning programming

Programming to help you stay on task even when daily frustrations are happening keeping you in the right mindset

Lunch Programming

Programming taking time to reset your subconcious and cortisol levels if need be. To remotivate for the afternoon

More daily programming continues through mid afternoon, drive home, dinner, and bed time.
